Toni McCracken
Community Relations Assistant
Toni has worked for the foundation since 1986. She was the first employee of the foundation as administrative assistant to the executive director. As Community Relations Assistant, her duties include working with the college and donor in the coordination of the Allan Hancock College Foundation Scholarship Program as well as foundation special events. Toni maintains the foundation's donor database, supports foundation campaigns, as well as a variety of other duties.
Marlyn Cox
Fiscal Technician
As the foundation's fiscal technician, Marlyn is responsible for the financial records. She tracks all foundation funds including the endowments, program funds, special project funds and scholarship funds.
Shirley Rorabaugh
College Scholarship Coordinator
Shirley has worked as the Scholarship Coordinator since 1996. Shirley's office is located in Building A in the Financial Aid office. She is responsible for working with students on campus. She assists in determining the eligibility of students for scholarship funding, distributing scholarship applications, and preparing reports for the scholarship selection committee. Shirley also assists with the organization of the scholarship awards banquet, delivers scholarship workshops, and ensures the release of appropriate scholarship funds. Shirley holds a BA in Social Welfare and Corrections from California State University, Chico.
